Local Kidz Stuff is a parent’s hyper-local resource for events, places, and services that cater to children.  Its goal is to provide accurate localized information to parents and grandparents of school-aged children, enabling them to do more with their kids and to find the services that they need for their kids.  The site offers interactivity to its users through comments, ratings, and “wall notes”.  The application also utilizes Google Maps integration for more value and the LocalEventz.net events engine for shared events.  An iPhone application for LocalKidzStuff.com is in development.

Problems Solved: LocalKidzStuff.com brings together all-important information parents need to raise and care for their children.  Businesses like pediatricians, day care facilities, dentists, organizations (YMCA, Mothers of Preschoolers), birthday party spots, local parks, and more are all available in one place.  Add in family-friendly events and you have it all.
